• Roadblocks on the Information Highway   I started programming and designing my own database applications back in 1977 and in the early 1990s was very frustrated about the slow pace and poor use of automation resources at USIA and State so I wrote this paper.
  
  
• Internet Evangelism in the Philippines Adventures as a pioneer of sorts in the early days of the Internet in the Philippines in 1994-95.
